I first became interested in it because of my wife. She went through the 4 hours of ritual of intense heat and came out like a rising phoenix. She talked of her neck pain being on done, a weight has lifted from her mind and body and most importantly a calmness after the ritual.

So on Feb 9, 2025, I began my journey. I had some expectations about the intense heat but I knew he experience is individualized. I was part of a group with Solarys of about 15 people which were all Spanish speaking.
