Service Description
This is a gentle space for us to meet heart-to-heart — a moment to feel into each other’s energy, share what’s unfolding in your journey, and see how I may best support or hold space for you. During our 15 minutes together, we’ll connect authentically (by phone or message) to explore what you’re seeking — whether that’s energetic healing, emotional balance, or deeper spiritual guidance. There’s no pressure or expectation, only presence, listening, and alignment. The intention of this Meet & Feel Session is simple: to sense resonance. You’ll know if the energy feels right to move forward with a Reiki session, yoga, or another healing offering. ✨ This session is complimentary and open to new clients. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling This complimentary 15-minute session is for new clients to connect and explore resonance before booking a full session. Please book at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for preparation. Cancellations / Rescheduling Life happens — if you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed sessions or no-shows may limit eligibility for future complimentary offerings, out of respect for shared energy and time. Format This session is fully remote — we’ll connect through voice, message, or gentle energy tuning. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are and allow the connection to unfold naturally. Energy Exchange This is a free offering intended to create connection, clarity, and alignment. Ifyou feel inspired after our chat, you’re welcome to book a donation-based Reiki session or other healing service.
